Brandon is director of EQUITY International Incorporations in Hong Kong and heads the international incorporations business in Asia Pacific. He is also director and company secretary of Equity Trust, Samoa.

Brandon was with a ‘big-four’ accounting firm for 6 years before joining Equity Trust in 2000. He has substantial expertise in offshore structuring transactions and company consultation services, for both corporate and private clients. He has well established relationships with authorities in various offshore jurisdictions, and has experience of various offshore products and pre-listing group structuring.

Brandon has a LLM degree from Beijing University and is an associate member of HK ICS and UK ICSA respectively."

A director of Equity Trust, Hong Kong, Sue heads our EQUITY Private Clients division in Hong Kong overseeing North East Asia region. She spent the 5 years before joining Equity Trust in a senior position in the private clients division of the private banking and international banking units of a global banking group servicing high net worth clients.

Sue lived and worked in Singapore and New York for 12 years before returning to Hong Kong in early 2003. She has spent over 20 years in the trust and banking industries and spearheaded three trust companies in Asia. Sue has in-depth knowledge of complex trust structuring, probate, funds formation, and corporate services administration for private and corporate clients. Sue has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 1995.
