Chantale is a director of Equity Trust (Mauritius) Limited. She holds an honours degree in economics from the University of Manchester in England. After working with KPMG, Mauritius for one year, Chantale joined a leading accounting and consulting firm, a former representative of Arthur Andersen in Mauritius. There, Chantale had the opportunity to integrate their management company, which evolved into one of the leading management companies in the sector. As such, she has had the privilege of being at the forefront of the development of the offshore industry in Mauritius and has more than 12 years experience in the offshore sector at management level.

Chantale is a member of the Mauritius branch of the International Fiscal Association.

Naiken is a director of Equity Trust (Mauritius) Limited. Naiken holds a bachelor in commerce degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. Before joining Equity Trust in 2001, Naiken worked for Jardine Matheson in Mauritius for 5 years. His extensive experience includes structuring and investment advisory.
