Oliver holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Henley Management College and a Master of Law degree from the University of Amsterdam. He joined Equity Trust as a corporate lawyer in 2000 and has assisted many clients mainly, consisting of multinational (listed) corporations, high net worth individuals and leading private equity firms in the incorporation of complex international structures, reorganisations and M&A transactions. In his current position, Oliver focuses on assisting new clients on the establishment of their international structures. He is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
