Oliver holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Henley Management College and a Master of Law degree from the University of Amsterdam. He joined Equity Trust as a corporate lawyer in 2000 and has assisted many clients mainly consisting of multinational (listed) corporations, high net worth individuals and leading private equity firms in the incorporation of complex international structures, reorganisations and M&A transactions. He is fluent in Dutch, English and French.

In his current position, Oliver focuses on assisting clients and their advisors with the establishment or re-organisation of their international structures and help them navigate through the wide range of comprehensive services that Equity Trust offers throughout its international office network.
